Property Investment Fund

Inverseguros Gestión S.A. S.G.I.I.C. is Spain’s first Management Company to be registered to manage property funds. Likewise, Segurfondo Inversión FII is the oldest Spanish open property fund of those on the Spanish National Securities Market Commission Special Register.

The Group, in turn, has been establishing new vehicles and developing existing ones according to the changing possibilities afforded by the legislation and market circumstances and expectations.
